I love having a side project, with my husband! We were chatting the other night about blessings in disguise. We probably wouldn't have ventured into this business if we'd had our wedding and honeymoon as planned, if Covid hadn't hit, if life was moving along the path we had originally imagined.
Blessings in disguise are little treasures.
With a small business, there is genuine excitement and joy every time an order comes in. The day is punctuated with shouts across the house, "We got an order!!" There's an intimacy with customers - we love receiving emails from strangers delighted with the joy the Brabbie Box brought to their pregnant wife/sister/friend. We love the relationships built with suppliers - a community of hard-working people all trying to share their craft with the world.
But above all, I love getting to have Brian as a teammate/business partner. That's the best part! And I'm super proud of how the new Premium Brabbie Box looks.
It's the perfect gift for a baby shower, or just to show an expecting mummy that you care. Irish, deluxe, and pretty-in-pink - what more could a girl want?
