WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We use Stripe to process all payments, a global company which was founded by two Irish brothers! Stripe will accept all major credit and debit cards, and processes all payments securely for your peace of mind.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We take the utmost care in hand-picking every item for your care package and packing each Brabbie Box by hand. We will only accept returns and issue refunds in the unlikely scenario that there are damaged or defective items in your Brabbie Box.

HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS?
We have a strict set of criteria for choosing which amazing products are included in your Brabbie Box.

First and foremost, they must be Irish! We are firm on supporting local businesses, and showcasing the amazing creative and innovative talent this island is famed for.
We are all about hand-made, home-made and crafted. Much preferable to something which has been automated along a conveyor in some large factory. The personal touch, the slight variances, the perfect imperfections - all this makes for a cherished possession!
Future-focused. We are in the business of supporting mummies, babies and new life. We want those babies to have the best in life, and a wonderful world to enjoy. We aren't naturalists or eco-warriors, but we do try to do our best to cut out waste, avoid plastic, and use sustainable and renewable and local products wherever possible. We aren't importing anything, which minimises unnecessary transport.

DO YOU OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS?
We have had a lot of interest in a subscription service, to provide a lovingly chosen care package the whole way through the pregnancy journey.
We don't offer subscriptions yet, but hope to introduce this service very soon!
WILL THE PRICE BE DISPLAYED ON THE BRABBIE BOX?
No. All pricing is managed through this website and you will receive an invoice after your purchase. There is no indication of price anywhere on the giftbox sent out.
